8.75% sales tax will be charged on product total for Louisiana addresses.

 

Shipping: Orders placed before 9 p.m. CST/CDT will practically always ship the next weekday, except holidays.  There are a few things we can't control, like hurricanes, snowstorms and other emergencies, but it's a true rarity when orders don't go out the next day.

 

Orders that come in after 9 p.m. Central---and overnight---will be included with our next-day shipments whenever possible, based on volume of orders already in our system.  In fact, we continue to pack orders right up to the time when our shipments are picked up, because we want you to get your good stuff from us as soon as possible.

USPS Priority Mail is our shipping choice.  If your package is being sent to a location with no mail delivery to homes or businesses, your PO Box number must be provided when you place your order---USPS shipping software won't process a package label for an address where they don't deliver.

Order Changes & Cancellations: After an order is placed, it can't be cancelled.  There's a very small window during which additions to an order may be possible; so if you forgot to order something you wanted, please e-mail us quickly, to see if there's time to add it.
 

Returns: Please shop carefully, as we want you to be happy with your purchases, and many of our products can’t be returned—we know you wouldn’t want us to sell food items or supplies that come in contact with food, if they had been returned by someone else.
