Gift Cards & Gift Certificates: We’ll be glad to enclose
a gift card with your order—just complete the information at our
shopping cart or tell us, if you place your order by phone.
Orders with more than one gift card must be placed by
phone.
Gift certificates are available in any amount, large or small, by
phone.
Shipping:
Orders ship weekdays, usually within 24 hours, except holidays.
Priority Mail and
FedEx Ground are our usual shipping methods. Orders to P.O.
boxes are sent by Priority Mail and must be placed by phone, to
provide a physical address for our records.

Order Changes & Cancellations: After an order is placed,
it can't be cancelled. There's a very small window during
which additions to an order may be possible; so if you forgot to
order something you wanted, please notify us quickly, to see
if there's time to add it.
Returns: Please shop carefully, as we want you to be happy
with your purchases, and many of our products can’t be returned—we
know you wouldn’t want us to sell food items or supplies that come
in contact with food, if they had been returned by someone else.
