We don't wholesale dog bone cake pans or muffin pans--we buy them wholesale from
the vendor (Good Dog Express), so can't sell them at wholesale.
how to open
a wholesale
account.....
We wholesale to brick-and-mortar,
web-only and home-based businesses located in the U.S.
To
apply for a wholesale account:
1. request our Wholesale Account Application
form
2. return it to the e-mail address on the form
3.
e-mail us copies of your operating license and sales tax/resale certificate (or alternate documents required by your municipality)
wholesale orders
& payments.....
After
your account is set up, just e-mail us whenever you want to order,
letting us know how many cases you want and any changes to your
shipping address.
Because wholesale orders don’t go
through our shopping cart,
we'll invoice
you by e-mail and ship your order within 48 hours after payment,
with holiday and weekend exceptions.
We prefer payment from the Send Money feature of
your PayPal account directly to our PayPal account. It’s secure and mutually-protected, and no
credit card data has to be sent to us for the transaction.
However, if you prefer to pay by credit card, we'll e-mail a Credit Card
Authorization form to complete and get back to us, to process
payment through our Virtual Terminal. After your order
has been delivered, this form will be
deleted.

control.....
We haven't conducted analyses of our
mix, lately because of disruption to offices and agencies
following our regional hurricanes. Things aren't as usual yet,
and getting information that isn't related to recovery is a bit
tricky. Had we known what was coming, we would have made sure
to complete the analyses before August 29, 2005.....
We're determined to obtain a
nutritional analysis soon, not because we think a piece of cake
every now and then is going to throw off a dog's nutritional
balance, but because we want to provide our customers with standard
product information.
We will also run tests to officially
determine shelf life, which is at least a year. Happily, our wholesale customers have a
fast turnover of our product, and we've never had a complaint
about the missing analyses or about our products. We just want to
give a use-by date in case it might matter to someone.
Typically, when end-users read our
list of organic and natural ingredients, they trust the quality of
puppy party. And when they bake with the mix, they're happy
with the results, and that's our most important bottom line.
We
handle all steps of our manufacturing process, not one task outsourced,
so that the quality we stand for is what you get from us.
We take good care of ingredients before they become a mix, in a well
managed environment, and we do the same at each
stage of production and storage. Temperature and humidity
controls are in place, and it's a smoke-free zone. We love
our products, and we treat them well.

shipping
policies & practices.....
We know how operating expenses
affect your bottom line; so our shipping procedures combine best value
with optimum service. Shipping is via FedEx ground or home
delivery, and your S/H charges will be for that service, plus box and other supplies.
A case of
puppy party
usually ships at 12 pounds. Remember to let us know if your shipping
address is residential or commercial---an order sent to a home-based
business is classified as a residential shipment.
